While the Bad Dog Biter cuts great freehand, there are times when you need an exacting drag-race straight or a series of chicane-like semi-circular cuts. Bad Dog Biter Leash guides the Biter through these types of maneuvers – it’s a trim gage and circle cutting tool in one. Simply install the special threaded head in place of the standard hear then thread the Leash in place. The Bad Dog Biter Leash is easily adjustable for straight cuts and perfect circles and arcs up to 6’ in diameter.

With most materials it helps with cutting speed, but isn't required. On soft materials like Aluminum and Brass it is required or the metal will gum up the mechanism.
The mechanism of the Bad Dog Biter is Guaranteed for Life! If it ever fails we will repair or replace it. The Pins and Heads are consumables. You get an extra blade and cutting head in your kit which should be good for about 2000 feet of cutting 18 gage mild steel. When you wear them out they are easy and inexpensive to replace.
