How It Works

It's as Simple as 1 - 2 - 3!

Once your tools arrive here we'll repair or replace free of charge and get
them back on their way to you within three business days of receipt.

Warranties Will Be Repaired or Replaced

Replacement parts are refurbished. We reserve the right to rescind Lifetime Guarantee as the result of abuse or
alteration of a Bad Dog Tool including but not limited to shanks, spindles, and arbor hole configurations. Bad
Dog Tools reserves the right the substitute replacement items when discontinued sizes are no longer available.

1. Pack Tools

Pack it up so it gets to us!

Use a padded envelope or, for heavier requests, a sturdy box. Check out the examples below. Along with your tools, be sure to include your
name, address, an email for tracking info, and the Return Shipping and Handling Fee as listed above. Please DO NOT tape tools together or
wrap them individually in newspaper. Thank you!

2. Calculate Return Shipping & Handling

Replacements are Free, but we do ask that you cover return shipping and handling. Don’t worry - we’ve made it
easy to calculate the shipping. Just match your tool(s) to the charge below and multiple by quantity.

We accept payment in cash, check, or include a note with a daytime telephone number and will call you for
credit card number

Shipping & Handling Charges

Multi-Purpose Drill Bits S/H $2.50 for the first bit $1.00 for each additional bit

We will repair or replace damaged or dull bits. Broke your bit off in the hole? Just send us whatever is left in the drill.

SDS Hammer Drill Bits S/H $5.00 per bit

We will repair or replace damaged or dull bits.

Multipurpose Drill Bits 12" - 18" S/H $2.50 for the first bit plus $.50 per inch for total length of bits returned

We will repair or replace damaged or dull bits.

Handi Disc Original and HDII S/H $10.00 per blade

Blades whose arbor holes have been re-configured are NOT covered by our lifetime guarantee.

Bad Dog Biter S/H $10.00 per body

We will repair or replace the BODY of the Biter. Note: Cutting heads and cutting blades are wear parts and can be purchased either at one of our trade show displays or by clicking here.

Versa Clamp S/H $10.00 per body

We will repair or replace the Versa Clamp if any part of the Versa Clamp or Vise should fail.

Rover Bits S/H $5.00 per bit

Weight constraints limit the replacement of Rover Bits to mail only. They cannot be replaced at trade shows.

Router Bits S/H $5.00 per bit

Weight constraints limit the replacement of Router Bits to mail only. They cannot be replaced at trade shows.

Saw Dog Blades S/H $2.50 plus $1.00 per diameter inch

Saw Dog Blades damaged by Sawstop or those blades whose arbor holes have been re-configured are NOT covered by our lifetime guarantee.

International Shipment? Please add $15 USD for Canadian and $20 USD for all Lifetime Guarantee Requests. All Prices in USD.
