SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for placing an order with Bad Dog Tools!  Here’s what to expect:

Orders placed at BadDogTools.com after 3 pm are processed on the next business day. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.  Need something at the last minute?  Call us at 800.252.1330 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Orders placed at trade shows or other in-person events will ship within seven days of the last day of the show. 

USA orders over $50, shipping to USA addresses, qualify for FREE SHIPPING. We ship these orders via the most economical means which will be either US Postal Service Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.  Delivery times for these methods typically run about six business days but can take up to 10.  Faster shipping methods are available for an additional cost and can be selected during checkout. USA orders under $50 will have shipping rates calculated at check out.

INTERNATIONAL orders over $50, shipping to USA addresses, also qualify for FREE SHIPPING. For further details on shipping methods and estimated delivery times, see USA orders above.

Due to recent changes in shipping protocol for INTERNATIONAL orders, including Canada, it is not possible to place an order on BadDogTools.com to ship internationally.  We will ship international orders using your freight forwarder or your UPS/FEDEX account.  Please call 800.252.1330 or 401.253.1330 (M-F 9 am – 5 pm EST) to place an international order. 

Bad Dog Tools uses Ship Station for all shipping. We do NOT mark-up shipping rates. 

Please be sure that you provide us with an ACCURATE ADDRESS!  We will not be held responsible if the address provided by you for online orders or orders placed at trade show is incorrect. 

Tracking information is sent to the email associated with the order.  This email is sent directly from the shipper and sometimes ends up in spam and junk folders.  If you don’t see tracking in your inbox, please check spam/junk.  If it’s not there, give us a call and we will provide tracking.

Stuff happens!  If your order is lost or arrives damaged or with incorrect or missing items, please call us at 800.252.1330 and we will re-ship and/or replace the damaged or missing items.

In the area?  You can pick up your order at 24 Broadcommon Road, Bristol RI 02809.  Include a note in the comments section of your order and we will hold in the office. 

Bad Dog Tools’ 60-Day Money Back Guarantee assures you that you won’t end up with tools you don’t like!  No RMA is necessary.  Note that item(s) must be in sale-able condition with no blemishes or markings on the tool cases. Items not in sale-able condition are subject to a 30% refurbishment fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
